Your data is processed on the basis of the general data processing regulation (GDPR) and according to § 96 para. 3 telecommunications act.

All access data is deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visi to the site.
For the porpuse of contract processing, in accordance with article 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b GDPR, we collect personal data, if you voluntary provide it to us as a part of your order. Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data to process the contract and we can not send the order without their information. Which data is collected, can be seen from the respective input forms.
Further information of processing your data, in particular for the transfer to our service providers for the purpose of order, payment and shipping processing, can be found in the following sections of this privacy policy. After complete contract conclusion, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law in accordance with article 6 para. 1 p.1 lit. c GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with article 6 para. 1 p.1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about that we inform you in this declaration.
Insofar as you have given your consent to this, in accordance with article 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR, by deciding to open a customer account, we will use your data for the purpose of opening the customer account as well as for storing your data for further future orders on our website. For the fulfillment of the contract according to article 6 para. 1 p.1 lit.b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.
If you have given us your consent express to do so, during or after your order, we will pass on your e-mail address and telephone number to the selected shipping service provider in accordance with article 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR, so that the shipping service provider can contact you before delivery, for the purpose of delivery notification or coordination.

When processing payments in our online store, we work together with following partners: technical service providers, credit institutions, payment service providers.
Depending on the selected payment method, we pass on the data neccessary for processing the payment transaction to our technical service providers, who work for us as part of order processing, or to the commissioned credit institutions or the selected payment service provider, insofar as this is neccessary for processing the payment. If you choose to use the payment services of Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 45, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter refferd to as Klarna), we ask for your consent according to article 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR, that we may transfer the data, necessary for the processing of the payment and an identity and credit check to Klarna. In Germany, the credit agencies mentioned in Klarna's privacy policy may be used for the identity and credit check. Klarna uses the information received about the statistical probability of non-payment for a weighed decision on the establishment, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship. The serverr log file is stored in a security database for the analysis of security anomalies and automatically deleted or anonymized no later than 90 days after creation. Further personal data is transferred to Trusted Shops GmbH, if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or have already registered for use. For this purpose, personal data is automatically collected from the order data. Wether you, as a buyer, are already registered for product use is checked automatically by using a neutral parameter, the e-mail address hashed by cryptological one-way function. The e-mail address is converted into this hash value, which cannot be decrypted by Trusted Shops, before it is transmitted. After checking for a match, the parameter is automatically deleted.
This serves to check wether you are already registered for service with Trusted Shops GmbH and is therefore necessary for the fulfillment of our and Trusted Shop's overriding legitimate interests in the provision of the buyer protection linked to the specific order in each case and the transactional evaluation services according to art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f GDPR. If this is the case, further processing will be carried out in accordance with the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops.
